SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping lead times may vary. Please pay close attention to the estimated shipping times attached to each item before you finalize your purchase. 

For orders containing both digital & physical product items, we recommend creating two separate orders and checking out individually.

Bohm Eurorack module and expanders

Direct sales from our website are only available for countries where we don't have a reseller. The following message: The product in your cart is not available for delivery to your location, means there must be a reseller for the Bohm available for your country. Please refer to the store locator on the Bohm product page to buy it from there instead.

We ship in DDP for all other destinations with DHL. For now, Shipping is offered for the Bohm, but that might change in the future.

Ohmicide Eurorack module

Shipping rates are fixed for the US ($14) and automatically calculated at checkout by UPS for international orders depending on the destination country. UPS does not ship to PO boxes or APOs. 

We recommend signing up for a free UPS MyChoice account to keep track of your shipment and any signature or delivery requirements through their online portal. 

! ⚠️ Please note: For international orders on Ohmicide, there may be additional duties and taxes depending on the receiving country. VAT and other import taxes are not included in the final purchase price of the Ohmicide. These additional fees are the buyer's responsibility. 

Please let us know if you need a commercial invoice to clear your shipment through customs.

Once your order is processed, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This email may end up in your email's spam folder, so please check there if you haven't received it by the estimated shipping date.

We cannot refund shipping fees for orders that arrive late due to events out of our control. Such events include but are not limited to weather, acts of gods, war, delays by the shipping company or foreign entity, customs processing, incorrect shipping address entered at checkout, etc.
